Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on four License Agreements between the Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD) and Williamson County, Texas relating to the establishment, maintenance, operation and use by the District of the County’s facilities located at 355 Texas Ave, Round Rock, TX; 115 W 6th St. Taylor, TX; 100 W. 3rd St. Georgetown, TX; and 350 Discovery Blvd #102 Cedar Park, TX.
Background
These License Agreements formalize the understandings and agreements of the parties in relation to the terms and conditions of the establishment, maintenance, operation and use by the District of the County’s facilities. These agreements also enable the District to obtain needed certifications from third party entities for operation of the District.
