Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed qualifications for Design and Construction Administration for Juvenile Justice Center Addition under RFQ #22RFSQ33.
Background
Williamson County is seeking qualifications from experienced firms to provide professional Architectural/Engineering (also referred to herein as “A/E”) design services and construction administration services for the Juvenile Justice Center Addition.
At a minimum, the technical areas of service required: architectural, landscape architectural, civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering professional services. Williamson County intends to construct a new, approximately 69,000 square foot, two-story addition to the Juvenile Justice Center to house education, specialized housing, visitation, and recreation facilities. The project includes all utilities, drainage, parking, roadways, landscaping, and walkways necessary to complete the project. Dale Butler Trenton Jacobs are the point of contact and the funding source: P578 (TANS) approved for FY22.
