Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the contracts between Frontier Communications of America, Inc. and Williamson County for Basic Phone Line Services and Equipment and exempting the item from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Govt. Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024(a)(7)(C) electric power, gas, water, and other utility services; and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the IT Department at 14 locations for basic phone line services for Williamson County.
