Background
Williamson County sent out 72 notifications with 1 vendor responding. This is a revenue sharing contract in which Williamson County shall receive 4% of net sales during the initial 5 years and 6% of net sales during the following 5 years of the contract. This RFP was negotiated, and the vendor is recommended for award by the evaluation team. This contract will serve as concessionaire of a miniature train ride concession operation at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.
