Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving amendment to agreement with The Roof Company Waco, LLC for Roof Rebuild at the Central Texas Treatment Center (CTTC) increasing the total amount of the agreement to $1,585,000.00, per TIPS contract #210205, and authorizing the execution of the amendment. Funding Source is P565.
Background
The original agreement with The Roof Company Waco, LLC for this project was originally approved by Commissioners Court on 06-15-2021 under agenda item #46. On December 14, 2021, the Commissioners Court funded additional winter storm repairs which will be reimbursed with insurance proceeds at a later date. This amendment includes additional scope which was not defined in the original proposal. Department point of contact is Dale Butler.
