Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on adding 3% COLA for all Williamson County employee salaries, excluding Elected Officials, and budgets on vacant positions as of 1/3/2022 and approving the new B, C, EX, and LE charts.

Estimated amount for General Fund (0100) is 4.442 million and Road and Bridge (0200) fund is 338K. There may also be additional funding allocated for a few smaller self-funded or cost shared departments, if budgets are approved and grants allow for staff not located within departments 0100 and 0200 to receive increases. The new charts are attached. The estimated payroll date for the changes would start Jan. 21, 2022 with a date of Feb. 11, 2022 for the increases to appear on paychecks.
