Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting a report from Chasco Contractors, Ltd., Change Order No. 3 for the Williamson County L.E. Drop Center (418P) This change order is for additional scope items not included in the original lump sum price due to ongoing revisions.  This is a no cost change order with funding from “Scope Remaining to Procure” from the schedule of values.

This change order is for additional services added to the original scope of work.  There is no additional cost nor additional days added to substantial completions.   Department point of contact is Tom Stanfield.  On October 19, 2021, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Tom Stanfield, Williamson County Facilities Senior Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders up to $50,000 in relation the Williamson County LE Drop Center, pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031.  This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
