Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving a Third Addendum to the agreement between Williamson County and Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center d/b/a Bluebonnet Trails Community Services for Private Psychiatric Hospital Beds for reimbursement under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) and The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for expenses incurred as a result of COVID-19.
Background
This amendment addresses the additional funding for the months of June 1, 2021-November 30, 2021 for a psychiatric bed. For an additional $1,022,000 in funding from the CARES Act Funds. The court has approved the budget of $500,000 of the $1,022,000 in a previous meeting. We will approve a transfer to cover the other $522,000 in court on December 21, 2021.
