Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to the CR 314 Safety/Widening and CR 332 Realignment contract between Williamson County and Seiler Lankes Group (SLG) relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P364 and P366; Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
The SLG Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $110,000.00 from $1,500,000.00 to $1,610,000.00 to account for increased scope (length) on the CR 314 Safety project.
