Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Section 14 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development.  It consists of 42 single family lots, 2 drainage/open space lots and 2,577 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $749,994.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2021-09-20 – receipt of a financial security for the remaining construction
2021-10-20 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-11-03 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-11-09 – 2nd review complete with comments
2021-12-10 – 3rd submittal of final plat with signatures
2021-12-16 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared
2021-12-16 – final plat placed on the December 21, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
