Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Emergency Communications.
Background
Our department purchased uniforms towards the end of the FY21. After reviewing the purchase the Auditor's Office felt that the purchase should be allocated to FY22 because not all of the shirts were issued in FY21. The purchase was then reallocated into the FY22 budget, which exceeded the amount in that line item.
