Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Tania Glenn & Associates, P.A. and Williamson County for Psychological Services for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, and exempting this agreement from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4) a personal or professional service, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.  Tania Glenn & Associates., will provide professional psychological services to assist employees or officers that work for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.  Provider will be compensated at a rate of $100 per treatment session to include telephone, videoconferencing or in person methods.  In the event that the provider or a mental health provider within the network is subpoenaed to testify the hourly rate shall be $300.00.  Fees under this agreement are subject to budget and available funding for each fiscal year.  There is a compensation cap of $35,000.  Initial term will end 9-30-2022 and may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods. Legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this purchase.   This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0100.2004.4100.  Department contact is Kurt Showalter.
