Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the proposal agreement for the purchase of maintenance and support for the Video Management Systems Software and License for the Williamson County Jail from Knight Security Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $32,476.00, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4494, and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Approval of this item will support the operations at the Williamson County Jail.  The proposal provides a master SecurePlan agreement for Video Management Systems software and licenses supporting up to 319 cameras and miscellaneous attached components and pieces including 6 client workstations and 10 monitors in the coverage plan.  The term of this agreement will begin on January 11th, 2022 and renew annually at 12-month intervals for a 5-year term on anniversary date beginning October 1st, 2022.  Recurring fees for subsequent years are $29,218.00.  IT, legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this purchase.
