Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on rejecting proposals submitted on 22IFB34 IFB Tradesman's Industrial Park and 79 Business Park Milling, Sealing and Overlay and authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed bids under the new 22IFB60 IFB Tradesman's Industrial Park and 79 Business Park Improvements.

It is the recommendation that we reject all submissions to 22IFB34 Tradesman's Industrial Park and 79 Business Park Improvements to allow for modifications to the specifications and rebid to obtain competitive pricing that would serve in the best interest of the county. The project will be modified and rebid to obtain the competitive pricing in the best interest of the County. The contract duration shall be for one (1) year. New estimated contract amount is $876,127.00. Terron Evertson is the Road and Bridge Department contact. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0200.0210.003599.
