Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Knight Security Systems, Inc. for security cameras and accessories in the amount of $11,504.38 pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4494, and authorizing execution of the proposal.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. Proposal attached outlines the security cameras and accessories to be purchased for the Ballot Rooms. IT, legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to the following FY 22 budget lines: Total Equipment ($4,376.50) charged to 01.0376.0376.003010, Total Labor ($5,842.08) charged to 01.0376.0376.004100, Total Maintenance ($1,285.80) charged to 01.0100.0503.004500.
