Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Park at Blackhawk IV Phase 9 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next section of the Park at Blackhawk IV development.  It consists of 105 single family lots, 2 open space lots, and 5,289 linear feet of new public roads.  This subdivision is also located within the ETJ of the City of Pflugerville and a small portion of the subdivision is located within Travis County.  It has already been approved by the City of Pflugerville.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2018-12-03 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2018-12-13 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2019-04-25 – 3rd submittal of final plat 
2019-05-15 – 3rd review complete with comments
2022-01-10 – 4th submittal of final plat with signatures
2022-01-12 – 4th review complete with comments cleared
2022-01-13 – final plat placed on the January 18, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
