Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Knight Security Systems for the Wireless Communications Camera Addition, in the total amount of $3,592.58 with an annual recurring amount of $360.00, pursuant to the DIR-CPO 4494 contract, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The approval of this agreement will benefit the Wireless Communications Building located at 3171 S.E. Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX. 78626, with an additional camera for security purposes.  The video surveillance system includes One (1) Axis P3719-PLE four lens camera.  Installation includes hardware, system licenses, programming and configuration unless otherwise stated.  The attached agreement has detailed information regarding the equipment and installation of the cameras.  Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this agreement. The expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0587.004509.  Department point of contact is Paul Swisher.
