Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Annual Expansion agreement between Williamson County and MCCi, LLC for additional users for software licensing for Laserfiche Rio Records Management, in the amount of $15,345.00 with an annual support amount of $2,970.00 and a deduction of $495.00 for support proration for 10 months, for a total of $17,820.00, pursuant to the BuyBoard Contract #625-20, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
The approval of this annual expansion agreement will benefit the Williamson County IT Department with additional users added for Laserfiche records management and annual software support. Laserfiche is the platform for County wide document imaging, document management and records archiving. The attached agreement contains detailed information regarding this purchase. IT, Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this agreement. The line item expenditure being charged is 01.0100.0503.003011 FY22. The department point of contact is Alison Gleason.
