Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. for the installation of an Audio Visual (AV) Equipment Upgrade for a total amount of $170,771.18, pursuant to the TIPS contract #210101, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.

Background

The approval of this agreement will benefit the new Attorney General Courtroom with an AV system upgrade at the Tele-Justice Center, located at the Wilco Justice Center at 405 Martin Luther King Drive, Georgetown, TX 78626. The attached agreement contains details on the equipment to be provided and installed and services provided by Data Projections, Inc. IT, Budget, Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed this agreement. The line item expenditure is from P595 FY22.  The department point of contact is Don Heflin.
