Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the Agreement for Blood and Blood Products between We Are Blood and Williamson County; exempting the procurement of such services from the competitive bidding requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024(a)(2) - an item necessary to preserve the health and safety of the residents of Williamson County and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
