Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Business Associate Agreement between Williamson County and CommuniCare Technologty, Inc.
Background
Will provide the Williamson County EMS medical director the ability to utilize verbal and video communication with caregivers in the field and recording of the interaction. The BAA outlines the protections of the protected health information that the provider must perform. There is no cost for the service. The BAA has been reviewed by Williamson County legal.
