Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 2 in the amount of ($41,610.00) for Project 22IFB68 Wyoming Springs Intersection Improvements at Smyers Lane (MA Smith Contracting) P: 339 Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overrun/underrun of contract quantities on the project, as a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans. 

This Change Order results in a net decrease of $41,610.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $314,282.50. The original Contract amount was $355,892.50. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $41,610.00 has been removed from the Contract, resulting in a 11.69% net decrease in the overall Contract cost. No time will be added to the Contract for this Change Order.
