Williamson County sent out over 650 notifications with 7 document takers and 1 submitting proposal. The proposal has been reviewed and analyzed by the evaluation committee. After interviews and negotiations, the committee has recommended award to the highest and sole scoring proposer, Rippner Tennis, LLC for an initial term of two (2) years with three (3) annual extension options. In addition to meeting all proposal qualifications, Rippner Tennis, LLC has performed previous projects for Williamson County. With this award, the Parks Department is also recommending fee adjustments for tennis court rentals as follows:

1. Adults – no change - $4/per person/per hour
2. Seniors – increase from $3 to $4 per person/per hour
3. Juniors – increase from $2 to $4 per person/per hour
4. League Play (Singles) increase from $3 to $4 per person/per hour
5. League Play (Doubles) increase from $2 to $4 per person/per hour
