Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an Agreement for Case Management Services for the Williamson County Transformative Justice Program between Williamson County and Krystal Scott; and exemption of such services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov't Code 262.024(a)(4).
Background
This is a renewal of Ms. Scott's case management services agreement for the Williamson County Transformative Justice Program. Ms. Scott has been serving in this role for since the programs inception and her current contract expires September 30, 2022. There were no changes made from the previous contract other than updating the dates of services.
This position is grant funded through the Texas Indigent Defense Commission and the allocated county match.
