Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the approval of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Social Solutions Global, Inc., a potential vendor, to allow the EMS Department a trial period with their new medical field software, Apricot 360.
Background
The Williamson County EMS Department will be allowed to familiarize themselves with Apricot 360 in a testing environment. Social Solutions Global, Inc. is requiring the NDA prior to access being granted. Information Technology Services has approved the trial period with this software. This NDA is for exploratory purposes with no cost to the County at this time and is to protect potential proprietary information that the potential vendor will share.
