Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Contract #202375 between Williamson County and Pethealth Services (USA) Inc. for PetPoint Enterprise Advantage Subscription in the amount of $2,500.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter has used PetPoint database service since 2009. Approval of this agreement is needed due to some features the vendor added. Petpoint is a computer software for use by animal welfare organizations to manage and organize the intake, treatment and placement of lost or abandoned animals. The Enterprise Advantage Subscription provides phone and chat support for the system for unlimited users. Legal, Contract Audit, Auditor's Office and IT have all approved this agreement. This purchase was approved for the FY23 budget. Budget line item is 01.0545.0545.004505. Department point of contact is Misty Valenta.
