Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the Amendment between Williamson County and Environmental Systems Research, Inc. (ESRI) for the purpose of extending consulting hours, with no change in the Not-To-Exceed dollar amount of $11,956.00, pursuant to contract DIR-CPO-4699, and authorize the execution of this Amendment.

This is Amendment #1 to requisition #129601 with PO #181502 for $11,956.00 which was approved in Commissioners Court on 09/13/2022. This Amendment #1 is to ESRI Proposal #P012964 dated August 19, 2022, for ArcGIS Hub Implementation Support purchased under Purchase Order (“PO”) #181502 in the amount of $11,956.00. Services are governed by the Master Purchase Agreement #00298018.0/ State of TX DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-4699 between the State of Texas, acting by and through the Department of Information Resources (“DIR”) effective July 18, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and extends the period of performance to end on June 30th, 2023 and updates the pricing to include the 2023 Labor Rates. There is no change to the not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of $11,956.00. Legal, Contract Audit and IT have reviewed the Amendment. Funding source of PO is 429P.
