Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement to augment the existing Motorola Solutions License Agreement(s) with Hiplink Avanced Send Option between Williamson County and Motorola for a total of $5,335.50, pursuant to contract #DIR-TSO-4101, and authorizing the execution of the addendum.
Background
The approval of this addendum will provide Hiplink text alert software for critical alarms from any system, delivered automatically. HipLink provides greater protection of people and property as it is an automated SMS notification system. It integrates with countless applications to send critical notifications from a variety of systems. For example, the alert messages that are sent out to various county groups like HazMat. Legal, IT, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this addendum. The line item being charged is 01.0100.0523.005741 as per FY23 budget. The point of contact is Janessa Stephens.
