Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement to augment the existing License Agreement(s) for HipLink Email Gateway between Williamson County and Motorola for the total of $11,190.00, pursuant to contract #DIR-TSO-4101, and authorizing the execution of the Addendum.
Background
The approval of this addendum will provide email alert software to send critical alarms from any system. This is to allow greater flexibility for sending pages, and e-mail messaging to both internal and external groups. Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this addendum. The line item being charged is 01.0100.0523.005471 as per FY23 budget. The department point of contact is Janessa Stephens.
