Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #23IFB1 Metal Beam Guard Fence (MBGF) to the only bidder, RHB Construction, Inc.
Background
Williamson County sent out three hundred and thirty-seven (337) notifications with seventeen (17) document takers and only one (1) submitting a bid. The bid has been reviewed and the only bidder, RHB Construction, Inc. was found to be responsive and materially balanced. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications subject to being low bidder, RHB Construction, Inc. has successfully performed similar work on other projects. It is recommended to award the Metal Beam Guard Fence (MBGF) IFB #23IFB1 contract to RHB Construction, Inc. The contract term is one (1) year with two (2) one-year renewal options.
