Background
Williamson County sent out to one hundred and fifty-four (154) notifications with twenty (20) document takers and only one (1) submitting a bid. The bid has been reviewed and the only bidder, DIJ Construction, Inc. was found to be responsive and materially balanced. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications subject to being low bidder, DIJ Construction, Inc. has successfully performed similar work on other projects. It is recommended to award the Striping IFB #23IFB14 contract to DIJ Construction, Inc. The term of this contract is for one (1) year with two (2) one-year renewal options. This contract is awarded on an "as needed basis". Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003542. Department Contact is Terron Evertson.
