Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for EMS.
Background
Line item transfer to the appropriate line item to facilitate the purchase of stretchers and Power-load devices for new ambulances. This purchase is normally built into the cost of the ambulance. It was removed and will be purchased separately this year to take advantage of decreased cost.
