Discuss, consider and take any necessary action to approve agreement between Williamson County and Software One, Inc. for a Three (3) Year Microsoft License via DIR-TSO-4061 and support county operations in the amount of $910,700.63 and authorize the execution of associated documents.
Background
This license agreement supports countywide operations covering the time period between 2/1/2023 through 1/31/2026. In addition to the customer terms via the cooperative agreement, the software vendor, Software One, Inc. has agreed to supplement the relevant DIR contract with a county addendum to add essential county terms and conditions such as making any indemnification clause(s) subject to Texas law. Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this item. Funding source is 01.0100.0503.004208. Department contact is Alison Gleason.
