Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the execution of the agreements between Williamson County and ARIAS and Kleinfelder, Inc. and Williamson County, pursuant to RFQ #23RFSQ147 On-Call Materials and Geotechnical Engineering Services.
Background
On 12.20.2022 with agenda item 56, Williamson County awarded RFQ #23RFSQ147 On-Call Materials and Geotechnical Engineering Services to the overall most qualified respondents ARIAS, Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, B2Z Engineering, LLC, Kleinfelder, Inc., Raba Kistner, Inc., and Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories, LLC. The ARIAS and Kleinfelder, Inc contracts were still being worked on that time and are now ready to be executed. Each as-needed contract amount shall be up to $400,000.00 for various Road and Bridge projects. The funding source(s) are 01.0200.0210.004160 and other line items as necessary, and the department point of contact is Bob Daigh.
