Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the execution of the agreement between Kleinfelder, Inc. and Williamson County, pursuant to RFQ #23RFSQ147 On-Call Materials and Geotechnical Engineering Services.
Background
On 12.20.2022 with agenda item 55, Williamson County awarded RFQ #23RFSQ147 On-Call Materials and Geotechnical Engineering Services to the overall most qualified respondents ARIAS, Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, B2Z Engineering, LLC, Kleinfelder, Inc., Raba Kistner, Inc., and Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories, LLC. The Kleinfelder, Inc. contract was still being worked and is now ready to be executed. Each as-needed contract amount shall be up to $400,000.00 for various projects for Road Bond Services. The funding source is Road Bond Program and the department point of contact is Bob Daigh.
