Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a 2023 CIP transfer to close P612 (SO Admin Data Reception Windows) and P613 (SO Admin Warrants Reception Windows) and move the remaining funds of $65,000 for P612 and $65,000 for P613, to P574 (SOTC Bullet Trap).
Background
This transfer is necessary to close P612 (SO Admin Data Reception Windows) and P613 (SO Admin Warrant Reception Windows). Facilities Management Department was able to find the funding for these projects in their FY23 fiscal year funds and will be able to complete these projects in FY23.
