Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the 2022 Racial Profiling Report and Analysis submitted by the Precinct 2 Constables Office.
Background
In accordance with the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 2.131 – 2.138. Chief administrators of law enforcement agencies must submit annual racial profiling reports to their governing body, as well as to TCOLE. The 2022 Racial Profiling Report and Analysis for the Precinct 2 Constables Office is hereby submitted to the Williamson County Commissioners Court as required by statute.
