Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the first renewal of Contract #T4520, Blackland Heritage Farm Lease, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of an annual price change to $29,048.00, for the term of October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024, with Randall Fischer, and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.
Background
