Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the termination of an agreement with Point and Pay, LLC, effective after 90 days, and that appropriate officials take necessary actions to execute this termination of agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will terminate the existing contract the county has with Point and Pay, LLC d/b/a Point & Pay for Tax Office Payment Processing approved by Commissioner's Court on 06/07/2022.
