Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Annual Maintenance Agreement #2023265 for Immix Technology, Inc. for workforce timekeeping software in the amount of $305,361.59, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR TSO-4315.
Background
Approval of this item will support countywide workforce timekeeping through the Immix Technology, Inc. system, that provides access to Kronos. The enterprise TimeKeeping solution called Workforce Central also known as Kronos, will no longer be supported by the Kronos vendor after December 2025. All Workforce Central users must move to the SaaS product by the same company called UKG Dimensions. Attached are the detailed executable quotes from Immix for the migration Workforce Central to UKG Dimensions, and the Telestaff on premise move to the cloud. Information Systems, General Counsel, Contract Audit, and Budget have reviewed this purchase. Funding source 01.0100.0503.004505 as per FY23 budget. Department contact is Minnie Beteille.
