Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving revisions to the Procurement (P-Card) Manual.
Background
Language was added at the request of the County Auditor to address credit card processing fees. Updated language can be found on page 5, highlighted in yellow: Credit card processing fees on p-card transactions shall not exceed $20.00 per invoice. Any excess must be paid back by the cardholder unless pre-approved by the County Auditor. For questions please contact Joy Simonton or Kerstin Hancock in the Purchasing Department.
