Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Nolina Phase 1 Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the first section of the Nolina Phase 1 (fka Benton Tract) development.  It consists of 163 single family lots, 1 multi-family lot, 4 HOA landscape lots, 1 lift station lot, 1 amenity center lot, 2 commercial lots, 2 drainage lots and 8,788 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $4,674,225.80 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2023-08-03 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2023-08-14 – 3rd submittal of final plat

2023-08-31 – receipt of signed final plat
2023-09-07 – final plat placed on the September 12, 2023, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
