Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving agreement #202462 between Williamson County and Texas Workforce Commission for database access for a total of $3,000.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement allows Constable Precinct One to use Texas Workforce Commission information to assist in criminal investigations, to assist in locating defendants, witnesses and fugitives in criminal cases and to assist in locating persons with outstanding warrants. This is a two-year agreement, at $1,500.00 annually, with three optional renewals. Term is 12.01.23-11.30.25. Funding Source is 01.0100.0551.004210 as per FY24 budget. The department point of contact is Deputy Chief Patrick Youngren.
