Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of a Turf Tank Automatic Field Painter per contract #202473 for the Parks Department from Intelligent Markings USA, Inc. d/b/a Turf Tank in the amount of $59,075.00 pursuant to Buyboard Co-op Contract #706-23 and authorizing the execution of the contract.
Background
The Parks Department submitted requisition #133202 along with a quote for a Turf Tank Automatic Field Painter that includes a GPS coordinated paint robot, tablet, and implementation costs. The Turf Tank will be used to mark and stripe various sports fields throughout Williamson County. The Buyboard cooperative #703-23 has verified the pricing to be compliant.
