Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2023 donation dollars for Veteran Services.
Background
Veteran Services received donations throughout the year. At the end of Fiscal Year 2023, $2,332.03 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2023 donations to be spent in 2024.
