Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for adjusting additional scaffolding. This Change Order results in a net increase of $7,933.06, for an adjusted Contract total of $202,217.09. The original Contract amount was $194,284.03. As a result of this Change Order, the net increase is 4% in the Contract cost. This Change Order will not increase the substantial completion date of 3/23/24.
