Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement regarding off duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies for the Red Poppy Charity Bike Ride on May 11, 2024.
Background
This agreement gives permission for the Red Poppy Charity organization to contract County Sheriff Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies vehicle usage. (Traffic control for multiple routes throughout Williamson County starting at Richarte High School at 2295 N. Austin Ave., Georgetown).
