Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ11 Engineering Services for Williamson County 2023 Road Bond Project to the designated firms listed for each individual project as per Attachment A and authorize execution of the agreements. The funding source is Road Bonds.

Background

Williamson County sent out over six thousand two hundred (6,200) notifications with one hundred seventy-two (172) document takers and fourty (40) submittals. The evaluation committee, based on the supporting documentation, recommend the selection of the firms listed for each project, as attached. The CR 123 project with Doucet is still pending the Professional Services Agreement and will be placed on the agenda at a later time. Williamson County solicited statements of qualifications for engineering firms interested in providing engineering services to assist Williamson County staff in planning and designing the projects included in the County’s 2023 Road Bond Program. The funding source is Road Bonds and the point of contact is Bob Daigh.
