Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the contract extension of RFP #23RFP58 Flood Modeling System, renewal period #1, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract that was awarded to Codestream Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as FloodMapp) for the 12-month term of May 23, 2024 - May 23, 2025, and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.
Background
This is the first (1) of two (2) extensions available for this contract. The Emergency Services Department has confirmed the vendor met all the county requirements in this contract and requests renewal. This platform shall provide a real-time Flood Modeling System for Williamson County to aid in situation awareness that supports tactical decisions. Funding Source: 01.0100.0541.004500. Department point of contact is Shantelle Brannon.
