The recommendation from the RFP Evaluation Committee is to award JM Engineering, LLC as Primary and 5-F Mechanical Group, Inc., as Backup for the HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services for Williamson County, Texas, “As Needed” Primary and Backup contract under RFP #24RFP30 for the HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services including quarterly and seasonal inspections and preventative maintenance for various county buildings. The solicitation documents and vendor’s response will serve as the contract documents per General Counsel's advice.  Initial contract term shall be for a period beginning on Date of Award and shall expire on or before September 30, 2025.
